With the outbreak of coronavirus, many families (including our own) are finding themselves coming up with a new “normal” routine with schools and offices closing. Although The Ballesteros Group is still working to help clients find/sell their homes, please know we are here for you and more than happy to drop off medicine, pick up food – please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can help in anyway.
Below, please find a roundup of a few activities to do while home and continuing to stay safe and healthy.
Laguna Beach Library: With your library membership you can download both kindle stories and audio books to read/listen to with the entire family. This is a great time to catch up on your book club pick, re-read an old favorite or listen to Harry Potter for the first time with the kiddos.
Outside Play: When you start to feel cabin fever approaching get outside and partake in a few of the many free outdoor activities Laguna has to offer.
- Laguna Beach Walking Trails. There are trails for every level, from beginner to advance and with options for kids and strollers.
- Parks: From Bluebird and Alta Laguna, to Lang and Crescent Bay, there are great options for an afternoon of play with the kids or a par-course inspired workout for the parents.
- Beaches: Nothing beats a beautiful walk on the beach. Breathing in the salty air, feeling the sand between your toes and taking time to reflect on how grateful we are for all that surrounds us.
Local Business Support: In a time when social distancing is encouraged, many local restaurants and shops are suffering. If you have the means, support local small businesses by purchasing gift certificates (can do this via online or phone) to use at a later date.
