3 | The Ultimate Search

We will send you top tier listings that meet your criteria and set up MLS alerts so new listings are sent straight to your inbox. We are available to discuss every option and are there for both virtual and in-person tours. 4 | Write an Offer

We will work diligently with you to write a competitive offer, which is important in such an aggressive market. The Ballesteros Group are experts in comparative research and negotiations. We will ensure you are making a fair offer and can count on us to always do what's in your best interest. 

Once you have an accepted offer, we'll arrange for inspections, appraisal, and mortgage approval. Not only is there negotiation needed on price, but also after inspections and appraisal. 5 | Close & Celebrate!

Congratulations! It's time to close on your dream home. On settlement day, the final paperwork is signed and the home is officially handed over to you.
